Buried in McKinley Cemetery, Paducah, KY. Her obituary said her grandson Harry, who had spent the night in her house, found her dead in the morning. In 1910, in Maxon Mills or Paducah, one candidate Harry as a young child was Harold Victor Tempel, son of Henry and Lena Tempel, but Adam had a son who could have been Harry, but was at the time of her death was 19 years old and unlikely to have been called a "little grand son."
The obituary further explained that Katherine's house was across the street from her two sons, Henry and Adam. It seems the obituary slightly confused the different relationships when two families closely related married, but all the right names appear in the obituary to identify her as the widow of Henry Tempel.
There are still problems with the family as presented - her obituary claimed only one surviving daughter, who was Eva Holland, but her daughter Lena lived until 1951. That probably means Lena is misplaced in this family. Her daughter, Anna, is in the same situation.
Her obituary also indicated she still had relatives in Germany.
