Charles Henri is apparently not Henry Charles, not only because of their different birth dates, but because their wives overlap. While that isn't impossible, it isn't legal. A simpler solution might be that Emma, daughter of David and Frances Temple, did not marry Bester. I think this is not the case, because I suspect that Charles Henry's wife, Jeannette Butts, was actually related to Emma's husband, and the difference is confused handwriting.
