The dissimilarities in the data suggest Bob and Max were different people, since he was given as being born in 1931 in some places, and his grave marker gives 1934. He is presented here as the same person based on information provided through the Find-A-Grave memorial for Bob Temple, and because in 1940, his parents did not have any other child born after 1940.
